The VRX-2 Pro comes with a higher spec so defiantly for those who have years of experience in  racing, repairing, building and maintaining a serious racer.

Nitro Buggies which are a popular variety of RC Car are usually for those with previous experience but Nitrotek do have models which will suit those who have learnt as much as they can with electric buggies. VRX Nitro RC Cars use nitro fuel so not something which is readily available from toy shops so you need to buy from a specialise model shop.
